When you're not clear on your value, you leave money on the table...and discounting often works in the exact opposite way you think it will. 

This is one that trips up entrepreneurs all the time. They don't align their products and services with the hopes and dreams of their customers, so they do crazy things like discounting their offer in the hopes it will attract the right people.
